electric blue urban outfitters UO brand flats- $15

these urban outfitters UO house brand flats have NEVER been worn. they are electric blue peep toes with a yellow trim and a white and tan rubber sole. my foot looks like a clubfoot of course in the last pic but if you look carefully you can kind of see where the side peep detailing is. these shoes are big on me (they are a size 9?) but they fit more like a size 8.
